Yogurt Marinated Chicken Skewers


{For The Marinade} 1C Greek Yogurt 1 Onion, julienned

2 Tbsp Olive Oil 2 Garlic Cloves, smashed 1/4C White Vinegar Salt to taste Chicken Tenders Place all of the ingredients in a plastic bag and allow to marinate for at least two hours; overnight being ideal.

Remove the chicken tenders from the marinade and set aside. Assemble the skewers by sliding the tenders on uniformly. Season liberally with the following seasonings. Oregano Onion Powder Garlic Powder Dried Mint Creole Seasoning *all to taste

​On a heated and oiled grill, cook the tenders 2 to 3 minutes on both sides, or until cooked throughout. In a separate skillet, sauté the reserved marinade until the onions are caramelized; about 10-12 minutes.

Serve immediately and enjoy. I presented these delcious skewers with the sauteed onions, broccoli, a cilantro lime rice and Tzatiki as an accompaniment.
