What is a better side than the green bean? In my home, the green bean has been elevated to center stage. In New Orleans, there is no better way to present them, than smothered. With or without meat, these green beans are sure to shine. 1 onion, finely chopped 3 garlic cloves, minced 2 small potatoes, cubed 2 Tbsp Oil 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder 1-2 Chicken Bouillon Cube 1 Sausage Link, sliced 1-2 Pkgs Green Beans, Frozen and Whole
Salt, Pepper or Tony's Creole Seasoning to taste

Add and sauté the finely chopped onions until translucent; about 5-7 minutes.
Add and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant; about 3 minutes.
Include the green beans and stir to incorporate the ingredients. Season with garlic powder, salt, pepper and Tony's Creole Seasoning (tot taste) and bouillon cubes. Add the cubes potatoes.
Reduce the heat, cover and smother for the next 25 minutes.
